Alex Prior's first piano concerto is entitled "Dances of Death", and was
composed when he was 11 years old. The idea for the concerto came to
Alex in a dream. He saw a figure symbolising death calling out skeletons
to dance around a fire in a fantastic way. The second movement
represents calmness and resurrection. The 3rd movement represents
recollections of the dreams...

Featuring Alex's performances in the UK, USA & Russia from October 2003 to May 2004, this video also shows Alex during rehearsals, recording sessions, TV appearances, demonstrates how Alex composes music and much more....
