| In September, October and November 2008, Alexander
took part in a big international project - a 3 part series for Channel 4 "The Greatest Prodigies of the World." He was filming in China, USA and Russia.He was commissioned by Channel 4 to compose a concerto for several soloists who will be performing it live in April 2009 in The Sage Gateshead with Northern Sinfonia under Alexander's baton. Alexander was travelling around the world to select the most talented musicians who will be performing his new concerto. |
